青海三江源国家公园，是我国第一个国家公园体制试点，肩负着为全国生态文明制度积累经验、为国家公园建设提供示范的使命。2021年10月，三江源国家公园成为第一批正式设立的五个国家公园之一。纪录片真实再现了三江源国家公园保持自然生态系统的原真性，揭示保护生物多样性、维护生态安全屏障、给子孙后代留下珍贵自然资产的重大意。节目通过跟随不同身份、不通职业的人的脚步，倾听每一个平凡个体在辽阔天空下的讲述，从科学的、诗意的、纯粹的、朴实的视角，来重新认识自然与人类，去探讨发展与平衡，纯真与永恒。

Qinghai - Our National Park is the first eco-culture documentary in China. It is organized, shot by Qinghai Municipal Administration of Radio and Television and is produced under the direction of National Radio and Television Administration. The documentary presents the original ecosystem and complete landscape of Sanjiangyuan National Park and Qilian Mountain National Park and teaches the audience the importance of biodiversity, ecological protection, and inheritance of natural assets, thus arousing people's awareness for loving life and protecting nature. The documentary shows the landscape beauty, ecological beauty and human-nature harmony of the national parks three dimensionally. And, it consists of three episodes: Grass and Sea, Ice and River, Canyon and Valley. Each episode lasts for 50 minutes.
